Welcome to ShoVan Farms

At Shovan Farms we understand horses. We want our horses to be happy and healthy in mind and body. Due to the economy ShoVan Farms is now self service boarding facility. You will have access to unique and comfortable barn surrounded by ten beautiful acres, a round pen and a lighted arena with jumps which is large enough to accommodate a large dressage arena.

For trail riding, we are adjacent to the Rails to Trails, large open fields and the many parks and beaches in the area.

I maintain a presence on the property. As a graduate of the University of Florida Horse Teaching unit and 30 years experience I am very knowledegable in horsekeeping. At the University I studied under Sandy Lieb of the well known Pennock Farms and have apprenticed and studied with many well known trainers. I have trained horses to blue ribbons and work with beginner to intermediate riders in jumping and dressage.

My goal is to provide a pleasent home for you and your horse to enjoy and excell in the type of riding you choose.
